Hometree is a genuinely great place to work. The people are friendly, collaborative, and clearly care about what they’re building. There’s a strong sense of purpose around making homes greener and more efficient, which makes the work feel meaningful. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and there’s a real effort to listen to feedback and improve ways of working. The culture strikes a good balance between being ambitious and supportive — you’re trusted to own your work, but you’re never left without help. There are lots of opportunities to learn, grow, and take on responsibility, especially if you’re proactive.

Like any fast-growing company, things can change quickly and priorities sometimes shift. That can feel challenging at times, but it also keeps things interesting and means your work has real impact.

Hometree is a great place to work, with an incredibly friendly and supportive team. Leadership is genuinely approachable, something I hadn’t experienced before in my career. The interview process was smooth, and everyone was happy to answer my questions, which really reinforced that this was the kind of place and culture I wanted to be part of.
