It is positive to see you sharing your experience as a current team member and I am pleased that you are finding the management at the hotel are good and that you have a lot to learn. Our industry is one where we are all continuing to learn every day but to help you (and our managers) we will be focusing on internal training sessions and working with Bath and Wiltshire College over the coming months. As we continue to focus on our team culture at Homewood we are looking to upskill our teams but also our Managers so that you see them go from being good to being great! Being success driven is a good description of how we are at Homewood and we have always aimed for our team to see our success is not just measured by happy guests or ‘£’ signs but also by an engaged and motivated team. Perhaps this is why you feel we are an approachable bunch! There is one thing in your review we cannot change and that is our location.
