Lack of effective leadership Too many managers considering a company this size The company is extremely vain- they like to hire good looking Caucasian or European people in senior positions who have no idea what they’re doing. This leaves the doers in the team to do the hard yards and not get recognised. Management love having meetings about pointless things to justify their positions. Toxic work culture There is an “in crowd” that consists of people who are privately educated who are the only ones that get promoted in the company. The irony is that this company actively sells themselves in the market as a progressive company that values talent and hard work.... in reality this is the opposite. They hire extremely young and inexperienced staff to take advantage of low staff costs but fail to provide adequate training. High turnover- people run when they realise what is actually going on.
