As an Australian-headquartered company, the salary is better than market rate in Singapore. The Singapore team are very close-knit and great to work with. You'd do well if you thrive in a highly collaborative environment. The CEO for Asia is extremely friendly, and will always keep the door open to you if you have a great idea and he's very willing to support initiatives that will help drive company morale.

Has since been acquired by Marsh, an American company, so there's very little left of the Aussie DNA that celebrated work-life balance. Many of the Aussie employees have left since the acquisition.
