Labor intensive, mandatory overtime, temps are not appreciated and treated unfairly, way too much favoritism not enough professionalism, one big orgy between both plants, attendance requirements are considered "meeting expectations" even if perfect so there's no such thing as exceeding "their expectations" alot of sabotage happening to good hardworking people who don't wish to flock with "the loop" which range from Temps to veteran employees nearing retirement.
