      Opportunity to involve in the project and own it. Experience of presenting ideas and proposals even if you are a fresh grads (Executive). Lots of things that you'll be exposed to, especially in the first 2 years in the company. First year to learn, Second year to get use of it.

      Salary is slightly lower than industry standard. Salary steps (climbing up the corporate leader) going to take long time. Multi-layers of approval. Political.

      Just Finished my week at the Pro Center will be starting in the ALMC Department at AEP on monday and am personally looking forward to it. Ive read mixed reviews but I believe every experience is what you make it.
