-the pay is OK - it is 100% remote

-the benefits in the job posting will not apply to you if you are part of the ‘care team’. An addendum to the handbook was put in place for the care team right after I started, it made me feel like a “less than”. You basically do not have the same benefits as the rest of the company. -no KPI goals mentioned in interview process, onboarding, or even the two week training they make you sit through; but you will be expected to meet these invisible goals -Don’t meet the goals, no help provided. No proper coaching happens, you are just told to “do better” because “immediate improvement” is expected with no tools to help you do s -do not let the word ‘patient’ fool you. It is a customer service position and every ticket you work is someone already upset due to one of many problems that could have easily been prevented. -The company is definitely more reactive than proactive
