Great culture; complex guidelines - Recensione dipendente - Content Writer presso Honest Digital

Honest Digital is a great place to work. The team is small (about 70 employees) but everyone is so friendly. It's a start-up culture. They are a remote company with a lot of streamlined processes. It sort of reminds me of an assembly line but in a digital space. There is no micromanagement--you pretty much are given tasks and you get them done. The pay schedule is the 10th and 25th. The pay itself is okay and they do offer benefits!

You don't really write code. You work with different Content Management Systems, so you won't be using something like VS Code. The tasks are repetitive so a lot of templates and pre-written code are used to streamline the process. Would love to see more diversity but it's not that the company doesn't practice inclusion and such--I think it's more of what comes with the territory kind of thing.

This role provides the opportunity to work remote.

The day to day work is CMS heavy.
