Opportunity for remote work for some employees. Some proficient managers.

Overall unprofessional work environment. A certain person in leadership will scream and curse at employees. There is not much room for career growth combined with the job description not matching the actual duties you will perform. Additionally there is not a on call rotation. You work your regular shift then if something goes wrong management will call your personal phone in the middle of the night or on the weekend and demand you sign in to work. This is all combined with low pay and subpar benefits.
