      All the people I have worked with at Honeywell are great. The teamwork is great. Many opportunities for career development. Developmental moves are encouraged. Many methods used to communicate information to employees - the information is interesting and valuable.

      Nothing noteworthy - bring your lunch, don't eat in the cafeteria. Depending upon the projects you are assigned, the typical day may not be a "9-to-5".

      My immediate work environment is good. I’ve been able to get certifications paid for by the company. Band 3 benefits are good.

      No internal promotion at all, even for those who are qualified and ready. The company is so averse to spending money that your career can stall here when you first start out. My skip level doesn’t seem to actually know what I do on a day to day basis. The leadership structure is constantly changing to the point where I don’t even pay attention to the announcement emails anymore.
