6yOver the past year, Honor has significantly re-organized its care support team based on feedback from Care Pros and clients on how best to support them. As the final steps in this process, we had to let go of a very small number of care team members for whom we no longer had roles. This was not an easy decision but we felt it necessary in order to support the safety and well-being of our clients. We worked very hard to treat all of our outgoing employees with empathy and respect.
