-Turnover is massive (I was there 2 years and they went through 4 Chief Operations Officers)
- HR is run by family members and punish employees for reporting management misbehavior
- Super low pay scale
- Puts employees on salary and overworks them 70+ hours per week
- No room for promotion
- Nepotism run rampant and only friends and family get promotions
- If you did not get it in writing from management it is safe to assume it will not happen
- Clients do not receive the services they pay for (OnsiteRIS over-promises what they can do for a business, then has the technicians make up excuses for why things never get better)
