Thank you for your feedback and for acknowledging the enjoyable coworkers and good benefits at Hook Agency. We’re all humans and constantly striving to improve. We hate having to let go of teammates, but occasionally do based on core values, ethics, or if someone consistently communicates dissatisfaction with their work and leaders. We believe people in that situation will be happier at a different company. As the owner, I recognize that I can be reactive and immature at times, and I’m actively working on growing in these areas. Your feedback is (for real) valued. Regarding the remark about females looking elsewhere, I’d like to clarify a few points. Half of our executive leadership team is women, and more than half of our company is women. The reactive situations I’ve experienced have typically involved men. Nonetheless, we are committed to creating a supportive environment for everyone. Thank you again for your input. I promise it is heard, and will be on my mind for sure.
