Work can get fairly overwhelming but it’s a good challenge

- people/culture on your team. Other teams will look down on you - relaxed in-office atmosphere (at least during my time there) - east coast works harder/longer than west coast basically due to timezone alone

- cult-like - Nick and Chris watts are great, but controlled by emotionless Mike watts - Some ADs are solid, but most are entitled and privileged (Angela)
