Vantaggi
I have had the opportunity to work for both 'sides' of HopeHealth (first HopeHealth Visiting Nurse, then HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care). So, I can honestly say from firsthand experience that the work culture at both sister companies is positive, friendly, transparent, and passion driven. From the supplies management staff to the busy field staff to the ones that get an office with a view - everyone has been nothing but pleasant, kind, and extremely down-to-earth. Healthcare is a business no matter where you go, but HopeHealth makes it much less about the business aspect & focuses on making sure their staff is cohesive, satisfied, & equipped with the most up-to-date knowledge to ensure the best possible care & experience for the patients and families we serve. Everyone is so willing to help make 'new comers' feel right at home. Another plus: when you tell someone in the community that you work for HopeHealth, you get the warmest of smiles, hugs, and high praise! The amount of families HopeHealth touches through our expertise in all stages of care continues to prove itself by the unsolicited compliments whenever someone sees me wearing my HopeHealth uniform. It feels really good to work for a company the community respects and adores.
Svantaggi
Having so many staff members working out on the field, you don't always get to see your 'favorite' co-worker everyday as if this were a normal 9-5 office job. However, it only makes the moment when you do get to run into your 'office bestie' that much better!
