Single-threaded ownership is a joke in terms of the quality of what's delivered. Like Expedia said and Hopper's CEO reinforced, they like to explore the consumer's anxiety to sell. stressful, you can't do all you need to do within your working hours. code quality isn't great, things break all the time. (not the employee's fault, is the company's fault) same for product and design maturity, STO doesn't allow it to get better and more organized. if you have other better options, just look at the reviews here and compare them - unless you're looking for money only, you'll probably find something better and more balanced.
