      Depending on where you work at it can feel like a family. Easy starter experience.

      Upper management has no clue what direction they are going. Year plans always change. Lower level employees always get the blame shifted to them. Most consistent thing about this job is the inconsistency.

      Great team, all aligned, success and vision.

      leadership team delegates work but we could never figure out what they actually did. Seemed like they storyboard 24/7 and dump the workload onto various people. No accountability at the time. Seems better now, so hopefully it was just a phase
