Stimulating, intellectually challenging, and very rewarding. The team is so lovely too, with an equal mix of younger and more experienced members.

Working in a start-up isn't for everyone. It's more fluid and has less structure than a bigger company, so you would need to be sure that you are okay with that kind of environment. But in addition to learning about the consulting industry, you also get more exposure to what it's like running and scaling a business.
