A highly effective team of A team players with a focus on delivering excellent work with a wonderfully collaborative work culture. There is a big focus on the personal development of each individual in the business and ensuring that everyone has the tools to succeed at their growth goals. The work itself is very interesting with a wide variety of client problems to tackle which are a lot of fun to work on.

No cons really, however this is a demanding environment with high standards and is best suited to typologies who are proactive and excited by complex challenges
