Worked at a bunch of really nice venues in New York Met a lot of really fun and nice people

Super unorganized a lot of the time. Had to deal with a lot of issues that occurred by myself because the team leader was unable to be found or too busy socializing.

Cool company, really nice people, and a pretty fun group of company leaders (with incredible backgrounds and extreme business savvy). Nice open floor plan layout and glass walls/doors for the conference rooms and leaders' offices - creates an air of egalitarianism.

No formalized tasks for interns, or opportunities to observe and understand the goings-on of the company. No individual assigned/means of receiving feedback on your work or assessing your role. Calling individuals "babe" can come across as condescending when coupled with assigning an intern a task not associated with the intern's espoused role
