Remote job, so it was fine. But the wage doesn't pay the effort, even more because they are hiring people from South America and it is not really fair if we do the same thing as everybody else.

HostPapa has been a great company to work for. They offer really competitive benefits including unlimited PTO which has been amazing! I have been able to work from home and still have the guidance and direction I need from management to be able to grow.

Svantaggi

One potential downside, at least in my experience, is the limited opportunity for upward mobility within the company. While I’ve consistently received fair raises and appreciation for my work, I haven’t seen much room for advancement into higher roles. Additionally, although the company offers excellent benefits and I’ve received positive feedback on my performance I have never been offered a bonus in my role.
