      Moderate level of micromanagement, straight forward job.

      exhausting number of calls, no benefits or care regarding the high stress level the job can provide, regular call centre job paying less than the average for this contract position, zero transparency on team the decisions and zero will to receive feedbacks and to collaborate on improving the company day to day operations.

      HostPapa has been a great company to work for. They offer really competitive benefits including unlimited PTO which has been amazing! I have been able to work from home and still have the guidance and direction I need from management to be able to grow.

      One potential downside, at least in my experience, is the limited opportunity for upward mobility within the company. While I’ve consistently received fair raises and appreciation for my work, I haven’t seen much room for advancement into higher roles. Additionally, although the company offers excellent benefits and I’ve received positive feedback on my performance I have never been offered a bonus in my role.
