There are no pros - the charity is laughably disorganised and no amount of work is ever enough.

My role was terminated without them following their own policy, based on an accusation that they refused to give me details of. This was after a wellbeing call was made so they knew I was a vulnerable member of staff. The HR dept even refused to speak with my union. As seasonal workers they just expect you to slink away as if nothing has happened.

Varied tasks, great guests, meeting people from all over the world, good teamwork, accommodation provided.
