      I have worked in the sales dept. for about 2 1/2 years and working with Mark Helton the owner of the company has tought me alot. All the employees here at Hot Prospector have a close relationship its like our own little family. This is not a job to me this is my career and I dont see myself doing anything else.

      I love the positive environment that Hot Prospector provides. Management is great and always willing to help and find ways to keep you motivated and inspired to keep going. management is always involved and keeps things fun. Hot Prospector allows room for you to progress and take the initiative. Management is always open to hearing the employees anytime they have a concern or new ideas. Its a great company and a great place to work.
