- my manager was very helpful in helping me understand how the operations work - flexible working timing as long as I have told them my availability in advance - learned some transferable skills such as teamwork and communication skills. - Got free food during my shift and staff discounts outside of my shifts as well

I cannot think of any cons for working in Hotcha right now, I have a delightful experience when I worked there.
