Majority of Directors (in the company for years) are at the level (performance, strategy, vision) lof managers. They didn't see anything apart from Mallorca. High level of hierarchy: the big office, separate carpark place and ... a chair with white top are your attributes of power. The top management far away from the middle management challenges. Don't know which project to focus on, change the direction and creation of a lot of work.
