Don´t expect to grow inside the company, it´s always a mirage, as is not about how good and hard you work or your involvement, even the talent or self-value; only matters who are your dudes, husbands, wifes and clubbing dudes in management positions. There are three clearly differentiated classes, based on where you park, the table you work and the chair you own. First and Second classes are in a 90% completely worthless, always on trips, market-hubs and a completely wide variety of no sense events, where strenght their own colleagues tie, in order to be correctly positionated for every year changes in the organization.
