The role is not limited to hotel-related tasks; instead, it feels like an all-in-one service covering multiple areas, which makes the responsibilities extremely broad. The onboarding support is limited, especially with hybrid work, making it difficult for new hires to ask questions or get timely help. There are around ten different systems and websites to use and learn, which is complicated for beginners. Although training is provided, the nesting period feels dysfunctional, and self-study is not very effective. At times, you may find yourself questioning if the workload truly matches the salary.
