Hotelchamp is the place to work for if you love to have a lot of responsibility in a short amount of time. This is especially great for people who are at the beginning their careers. The company works hard to celebrate each victory and the managers are committed in giving their employees constructive feedback - to further improve your own personal development. We have an amazing selection of coffee and tea. Every employee at Hotelchamp has a direct impact on our growth and development. Working at Hotelchamp is such a fun and unique experiemce, that you probably won't encounter in any other company going through hyper growth.

You need to have a positive and doer mentality to work at Hotelchamp - if not this might not be the company for you. You can learn so much by working here but you also need to take responsibility of developing by yourself. No one will take you by the hand. This is changing now with our new HR system where we can put personal development goals in and they are measured at the end of each quarter. If you come work for a start-up you know there are certain growing pains and that not every process is in place just yet.

Loss of employees Counterproductive "sprints" that erode morale Product needs work Despite great praise, sense of blame for things out of your control Sometimes reactive management, not involved or aware of day-to-day struggles, not involved with clients or prospects. Feels very divorsed to actual job. This has improved recently. More management than leadership often
