- toxic management - no work/ life balance, changing rotas 2 days before shift, which means having to change life plans around last minute - managers are toxic and self centred, only care about the company and sales goals, - expected to meet unrealistic sales goals - store is quiet 90% of the day and most likely get judged if you are stood around bored after doing all the cleaning and organising boxes - not allowed to have anxiety, or complain about the workplace destroying your mental health and just get (find another job If this one is making you sick) - not allowed to make little mistakes whilst having to juggle more than 5 customers at a time
