Not a great experience - Recensione dipendente - CDL Driver presso Houff Transfer

Very Negative and Condescending Staff, Pay doesn't amount to 52k, Very short Mileage for OTR, Having to pay as a company driver for scale tickets, Very Overweight loads, strict policies about EVERYTHING. They place bets on how long employees will work there. There is a 6 month expectancy for employees to "last". My average check was $700. But I had checks that were as low as $400.
