The only con I have is that I wish that cross training was done after 6 months our so of you in your core position there big on keeping the queues clear, but a Patient will call and it’s something I can’t help with and I have to say I’ll get someone to call you back and now where playing phone tag with them

Meanwhile, frontline employees are overworked, stressed, and treated in ways that border on emotional abuse, which is normalized as “part of the job.” Raises and recognition are inconsistent and often only occur when employees threaten to leave, rather than being based on hard work, loyalty, or performance. Employees who give their best without ultimatums are frequently overlooked.
