I have certainly worked for worse companies, but SolvereOne/HouseCall IT is far from the best. Many of the people who work here are intelligent and driven. Unfortunately, management does not work towards retaining those wonderful people. Oftentimes, the staff is overburdened due to frequent turnover. Although they may promise professional development, don't expect to actually receive any support. If you know all there is to know about IT, you'll be fine. But if you're looking to learn and grow, this is not the company for you -- just expect to be thrown to a lot of impatient wolves.
