The company is very successful and growing. The company culture is welcoming to all. They focus on ensuring employees have what they need to be successful.

No cons. This is a great company to work for.

They have good overall benefits and they still try to be the family-oriented, smaller company that they used to be. Very flexible when needed, and friendly, easy-going leadership.

It's got plenty of cliquey, corporate culture. Depending on the department you work in there's very limited room for advancement. If you're not in the larger offices it's very difficult to make yourself known. Leadership is sometimes too lax and doesn't address issues even when they're vocalized.
