      In comparison to other hospitals in the same area, they offer you access to a parking lot offsite with shuttle service to take you into work. Decent starting salary if you negotiate well enough.

      Svantaggi

      No room for advancement. Expects you to work every single minute of everyday without breaks. Does not value employee.

      Certain things are department specific. Management need to work together. They ask for staff to be collaborative but don’t take our suggestions into consideration. Overall it’s a great organization to work for.
