I do work in the healthcare system so that is a pro in itself. I recently graduate school and got my first career job at Houston Methodist. That's all I have for a pro.

If your not a physician at Houston Methodist forget it. You will not get paid enough to afford groceries. Even when you stand up for yourself and explain why pay needs to be better it takes a year to get them to listen. Its sad really I thought Houston Methodist was going to be a great first job and teach me a lot. Instead I'm moving out of Healthcare now to get what I deserve. Houston Methodist might be fine for others but my department was horrible.
