The company understands the value in taking profit losses in a quarter in order to make employees feel valued. We don't get rewards like pizza parties or lunch pails; Dr. Boom will put cash in your pockets. The company listens to what employees want. PTO accumulation is generous, benefits are great, and there are so many resources available to employees.
