The behavior among employees often resembles that of a high school environment. Long-tenured employees, regardless of productivity levels, are frequently praised and rewarded, while newer, hardworking employees are unfairly treated or penalized. Unfortunately, this toxic dynamic has led to the departure of several outstanding employees who felt mistreated.
