Compensation is atrocious, good luck making a living wage (meaning paying rent, bills, etc.). Upper management does not care about you, only themselves. To quote the president , “you are all replaceable, if you don’t like our way of doing things you can leave.” Very proud of many new hirings, disregarding the fact that that means a lot of people have left. BusOps leadership team (BOLT) does not care about any employee lower than a Vice President, and will not as long as the current president is there. They make up for it with pretzels and candy on holidays as if that helps.
