There has been uncertainty in recent years

Great learning environment. Great training. Amazing people. Benefits started on day one. Fully remote. Base pay is barely above minimum wage here in Washington. Most of the people were working two jobs. Leads are not warm or cool. They are many times incomplete and ice cold.
