once u get the hang of the job, everything becomes easy because everything is repetitive. managers are not tight, so u can do anything when the place is not busy

lack resource such as computers. the place always saves money by cutting down workers. starting the job is hard because u have to learn a lot in short period of time. some customers are just pain because they want discount. communication between departments is not good. and a lot of information is not passed on to the next shift because a system was not implemented.
