The comments around progression are difficult to understand given we have significant growth opportunities in all regions and all parts of our business (Commercial, Rural, High Net Worth, Personal Lines, Functions). These are advertised internally and we encourage individuals to participate in our regular talent assessments if they wish to progress. The industry is male dominated but within A-Plan we have a good split of male:female at Branch Advisor level and significant female representation at Board and Senior leadership levels. Just to provide some clarity on your last point - company sick pay is at management discretion as opposed to "not paid." Do speak to your Branch Manager if you have any queries around any of the points raised.
