Due to the fast pace, it can be very busy at times but the team always pulls together.

Toxic work environment. Business owner is a bully, a micro-manager and puts all efforts into retaining a personable public image, where as the reality is directly opposed to this. High staff turn-over due to not valuing staff who actually make everything happen.
