+ although there are constant changes, these days it feels like the direction is clear and the company is making improvements rather than changes + the company has gone through a rather long path to become a SaaS company, but now it seems like we’re finally getting there + fun and professional people, I truly enjoy working with my colleagues + ambitious targets, but there’s room for freedom and responsibility in how to achieve them

- not a con as such, but with changes in the leadership, the culture is developing and don’t know yet which form it will take - the pace is high, and constant prioritisation is needed to manage one’s workload sustainably - some of the pro’s could also be seen as cons, and I think it requires a certain mindset to see them more as positives

Howspace has a genuinely supportive and friendly work culture. People are helpful, communication is open, and you really feel trusted to do your work. The company focuses on meaningful products and customer value, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork across roles. I also appreciate the flexibility and the autonomy to own your tasks and grow.
