limited free drinks, quite a limited staff menu, only entitled to food if you work over 6 hours. They are bad for sending staff home early if the shift is quiet.

Before service charge was taken away tips and wages were okay.
Team are generally nice, but a few bad eggs.

No support from management
The removal of service charge was an awful idea that really affected morale, like another comment states it cut tips in half.
Poor communication on every level.
A previous comment said management was creepy, unsure if this comment has been removed? But it is correct.
