Employee nps scores dropped to single digits for the first time in company history (for reference scores were double digit high’s which made us a highly rated company years ago but that’s gone). Politics and favoritism run rampant. Compensation is abysmal. High turnover/attrition rate. Senior leaders are too rich to care. Management doesn’t coach anymore but just manage out. Diversity & inclusion has evaporated (microaggressions and bias are back). Leadership doesn’t know how to use AI but push for it? Hypocrisy at its finest.
