      Smart smart people Amazing facilities (thanks for the seperated recycling EVERYWHERE and addition to pre-packed sandwiches and salads for those working late ) Plenty of activities like yoga, cycling, football if thats your thing Completely transparent, I know whats going on in product, finance and marketing ahead of the curve and I work in sales The amount I've learned in a year and a half is hard to comprehend Compensation is what you'd expect from a leading tech company, lots of bonuses and prizes up for grabs too

      We work hard, that may or not be your thing An always on culture, but a lot of that is self inflicted Work remote/from home is on a team by team basis and some get more leeway than others. I know this is something we're working on but flexibility is a serious plus

I'm over the moon that you enjoy your peers and that you call out that transparency isn't just within your team, it's across the business. Totally agree we have a fast-pace culture so that isn't for everyone, and I promise we are working overtime to ensure that we both infuse flexibility into more of the overall company experience and that we scale our culture and team effectively.       The teams you work with are phenomenal. The knowledge combination between an internal customer facing teams, engineering product development teams, and Sales are unmatched.

      Excessive use of PIPs to oust employees after multiple high revenue launches, with no explanation, actual documentation, or factual data. Reviews have been adjusted to allow for terminations post pre-approved leaves. Salaries are a joke. You are always in a cover yourself mode 24/7. Management reviews are consistently a 2 or 3 out of 5 no matter what. If a team decides you aren’t in the group, management will put you on a “unofficial” PIP without telling you, in order to surprise you at a later date. Even if they are unfounded. Beware of possibility of negative backlash post launches. They will feel the need to assign blame ( such as for timelines or issues related to bugs). Regardless of performance or level of involvement. This is an enormous company with many large paths for career advancement. But micro management is rampant, leaving little room for doing the daily expectations of your actual role. This degrades your opportunities for career advancement.
