People you work with are great and unlike other US based companies that have a solid presence in all their remote offices as well. Onboarding and basic training of the product is great.

Pretty cut throat sales environment. Most reps have been on performance improvement plans and they seem to look at it as though it’s a good thing. In my opinion so many reps having had been on PIPs indicates unattainable targets. High volume of prospecting required unlike any other sales roles I’ve experienced - close to 100 calls a week. Lots of sales reps with minimum leads so everyone is stepping on each other’s toes to get good leads in their names. Insane amount of internal meetings. Felt quite micromanaged most of the time.
