-inequitable and below market compensation puts a damper on everything else. I’m not sure all the positives outweigh this. When feedback is given about this issue to leaders, the response has been either “we hear you” and/or “we agree but we’re not going to be able to do anything about it anytime soon” The unspoken sentiment seems to be that everyone is replaceable and HubSpot has such a good reputation that they can get away with this. Does not line up with HEART.
