Great benefits. If you're in sales, you get a company car. And they subscribe to the Unlimited PTO, if you're into that. HUGE product catalog, but that's a double-edged sword.

Long and complicated approval processes for just about any sales deal - makes it nearly impossible to be responsive to a client. Very top heavy company too. Lots of chiefs and no one wants to be an Indian. More likely to go outside the company to hire than to promote from within. Very slow to make decisions.
